Terms and Conditions
This page uses plain language rather than dense legal wording, so it is actually useful to read. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer, and Paramesh recommends having a lawyer review it before relying on it for a business with specific compliance needs (for example, handling health or financial data).
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 22, 2026
These terms apply to your use of parameshseo.com and to services booked with Paramesh (trading as Paramesh SEO Expert). By using this website or engaging these services, you agree to them.
About this website
This website is informational and promotional: it describes SEO, WordPress development, local SEO and related services offered by Paramesh, based at Ganesh Nagar, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500013, India.
No guaranteed results
Search engine rankings, traffic, and inclusion in AI-generated answers depend on factors outside anyone's full control, including changes made by Google, Meta and other platforms. No specific ranking position, traffic level, advertising result or AI citation is guaranteed by any statement on this website, in a proposal, or in an audit. Descriptions of process, method and reporting reflect a genuine commitment to the work, not a guarantee of outcome.
Engaging services
Services described on this website (SEO, WordPress development, website maintenance, hosting setup, PHP development, design, or Meta advertising) are provided under a separate, specific agreement (written quote, proposal, or contract) between you and Paramesh, which will set out scope, price, timeline and any service-specific terms. These general terms apply alongside that agreement; where they conflict, the specific agreement takes priority.
Client responsibilities
- Providing accurate information about your business, website and goals.
- Granting the access needed to do the agreed work (for example, to Search Console, hosting or a Google Business Profile), and keeping ownership of those accounts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Reviewing and approving work such as content, designs or campaign settings within a reasonable time.
- Ensuring you have the rights to any content, images or trademarks you ask to be used in your project.
Payment
Pricing, payment schedule and currency are set out in the specific quote or agreement for each engagement, not on this general page. Advertising or hosting costs paid directly to a third party (such as Meta or a hosting provider) are separate from and in addition to any service fee, unless stated otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
Once an engagement is paid in full, custom work created for you (such as website code, written content, or designs) belongs to you, except for any third-party components (such as licensed themes, plugins, stock images or fonts) which remain subject to their own licences. Paramesh may reference completed public work as a portfolio example unless you request otherwise in writing.
Website use
You may browse and read this website for your own personal or business reference. Copying substantial parts of its text for republication elsewhere without permission is not permitted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Paramesh is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from services described on it, beyond what is agreed in a specific service contract. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Specific service agreements may state a different governing law where relevant, such as for an international client.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when they are.
