Before starting, we agree on deliverables, access, review points and who supplies the content or approvals. Advertising spend is discussed separately from management and website work. You retain ownership of your website, advertising and measurement accounts.
Report the outcomes that matter
Reports should connect the work to visibility and real enquiries. Depending on the scope, that can include Search Console clicks, relevant landing-page visits, enquiry submissions, campaign costs and lead quality. Without working measurement, impressions or rankings alone cannot tell us whether marketing is helping.

Is advertising spend included?
