Exclusions and additional charges

  • Creative counts are monthly totals, not per platform. Ad variants are additional to the organic static-post allowance. Unused quantities do not automatically roll over.
  • Ad spend, filming, photography, influencer fees, website development, custom tracking and private-message sales replies are excluded.
  • Spend above the managed limit, more campaigns or extra creative needs a revised quote before work.

Prices are in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes, approved third-party purchases and extras are itemised in the written quote. I ask for approval before work outside the scope.

Payment, delivery and communication

Suggested billing: management monthly in advance for 30 days. Meta spend is paid directly by your business. Allow 5–7 working days for initial setup after access, content and approvals.

  • I confirm access, business facts and the start date before work begins.
  • You approve proposed content and campaigns before publishing. Your business remains responsible for supplying accurate offers and responding to customer enquiries.
  • Monthly reports describe completed work and available performance data; they do not turn clicks or impressions into a sales claim.
  • Support is by email and WhatsApp within the scope. Calls and response targets follow the plan and written agreement.

Questions before choosing a package

Is the displayed price the final quote?

These are suggested starting prices and service allowances for discussing your project. Your written quote confirms the final fee, capacity, deliverables, applicable taxes and terms before you book. No payment is taken on this page.

When can work start, and how long does it take?

Each monthly plan covers a 30-day service period. The plan lists any onboarding or setup period. I confirm a start date after receiving agreed payment, access, business information and approvals. Platform reviews and missing information can change the schedule.

What costs extra?

Creative counts are monthly totals, not per platform. Ad variants are additional to the organic static-post allowance. Unused quantities do not automatically roll over. Ad spend, filming, photography, influencer fees, website development, custom tracking and private-message sales replies are excluded. Spend above the managed limit, more campaigns or extra creative needs a revised quote before work.

Can I upgrade or customise a package?

Yes. Tell me which quantities, channels or features need to change. I confirm the revised deliverables and price in writing before extra work begins. Changes to an ongoing plan normally take effect at the next service period unless we agree a separate change order.

How do cancellations and refunds work?

Proposed booking terms: request cancellation by email before the next service period or project milestone begins. Completed work and approved third-party costs are itemised; any payment for undelivered work is reconciled against the accepted proposal. There is no blanket non-refundable rule on this page. The written agreement and applicable requirements govern the final settlement.

What support is included?

Support covers questions and issues within the purchased scope. Suggested working hours are Monday to Friday, 10 am–6 pm IST, excluding agreed holidays. Response targets mean acknowledgement and a next step, not guaranteed resolution. Calls are booked in advance; emergency and 24/7 support are excluded.

Will I keep ownership of my accounts and website?

Your business should retain control of its domain, hosting, website and platform accounts. I work through authorised access. Third-party licences have their own terms. Website files and deliverables are handed over under the agreed payment and licensing terms.

Do unused quantities roll over or guarantee results?

Unused monthly allowances do not roll over unless agreed in writing. Counts are work limits, not promises of rankings, reach, leads or sales. Where an activity does not apply to your site or eligibility, I explain that before booking and agree a suitable scope.
